Weight-room lies are a fact of life in the bodybuilding profession. Bodybuilders, from gym owners to beginners, like to lie about themselves. Bodybuilders seem to have a propensity to concoct the most ingenuous lies.

Most bodybuilders experience temporary anxiety attacks and other feelings of paranoia. These baseless feelings are usually brought about by feelings of insecurity, a stale workout or lack of social skills.
