Lieberman proposes health system reform

Senator Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut has proposed a plan that includes expanding Medicaid eligibility to 150 percent of the poverty level and the State ChildrenEs Health Insurance Program to 300 percent. The American College of Physicians praised Lieberman's proposal to expand federal programs and promote affordable health insurance.
