Metal strength: magnesium is a power-packed mineral
Article Abstract:
A study found that a group of subjects who received a magnesium supplement increased their strength nearly 30% while a control group increased 10.5%. Research has found a correlation between zinc intake and serum testosterone levels. A study on supplemental calcium for children is also discussed.
