Mexican doctors to staff Calif. Clinics
Article Abstract:
Thirty physicians and 30 dentists from Mexico are allowed to bypass California's medical licensure system and practice in the state. The Mexican doctors would work under a three-year, nonrenewable license at designated nonprofit clinics, if money can be secures for the program.
