Armand Tanny started as a wrestler but shifted to bodybuilding due to a severe knee accident. His efforts won for him the title of Mr. Universe 1950. Still fit at 77, Tanny remembers when bodybuilding was still an all-out effort using free-weights to build muscle mass.
