Article Abstract:
Attitudes of nurses towards do not attempt resuscitation (DNAR) decisions are reviewed. Clear policies need to exist in establishments where resuscitation attempts are made as a majority of the nurses prefer to be part of the decision-making process and a high proportion is in favor of patient and next of kin involvement.
