Primary autonomic failure: three clinical presentations of one disease?
Article Abstract:
Autonomic failure, Parkinson's disease, and Shy-Drager syndrome may be different manifestations of the same basic disease. Researchers have discovered that all three diseases involve an abnormal accumulation of a protein called alpha-synuclein in neuronal cytoplasmic inclusions.

Heart disease in world leaders
Article Abstract:
Heart attacks among world leaders appear to be less common and less deadly in the 1990s than in the 1970s. This may be a result of the fact that more aggressive treatments are available and many leaders receive care outside their own country.
