Purging metastases in lymphoid organs using a combination of antigen-nonspecific adoptive T cell therapy, oncolytic virotherapy and immunotherapy

Article Abstract:

The article discusses the combination of antigen-nonspecific adoptive T cell therapy, oncolytic virotherapy and immunotherapy, which is used for eradicate metastases in lymphoid organs. The adoptive transfer of the T cells is found to have a great therapeutic effect on many types of cancer.

Carboplatin and paclitaxel for the treatment of advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer

Article Abstract:

A study is conducted to determine the activity and toxicity of caboplatin and paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer. Caboplatin and taxol for the treatment of advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer appear to be active regimens with minimal toxicity.

Blocking HDACs boosts regulatory T cells

Article Abstract:

The importance of histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors in regulating and increasing the activity of regulatory T cells is explained. An analysis reveals that these inhibitors can also be used as anticancer and immunomodulatory drugs.
