Article Abstract:

The key elements of care required to provide equity for heart failure sufferers and raise awareness of the work of the British Heart Foundation (BHF), which funds and supports specialist heart nurses around the UK caring for patients with heart conditions including heart failure are highlighted. The aims of therapy in heart failure are to improve life expectancy and quality of life.
