Results of in vitro fertilization in patients with endometriomas: is surgical removal beneficial?

Article Abstract:

The effect of endometriomas on clinical pregnancy rates of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer is investigated. The results indicate that although endometriomas does not found to affect in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer outcomes adversely, there might be a benefit in the removal of endometriomas before in vitro fertilization.

Specific serologic response to genital human papillomavirus types in patients with vulvar precancerous and cancerous lesions

Article Abstract:

Human papillomavirus antibody reactivities to vulvar precancerous lesions were reported but the role of human papillomavirus in some of the lesions is still unclear. Reports supported the role of high-risk human papillomavirus types, mainly human papillomavirus-16, in the pathogenesis of different vulvar lesions with atypia.
