'Services for people with dementia are not meeting families' expectations'
Article Abstract:
Dementia has risen among people in the United Kingdom, with an increased pressure on the families and friends of patients to care for them. Nurses hence need to educate people about the needs of these patients to improve services for them, which are currently under-resourced and inappropriate and do not meet expectations of sufferers or their carers.
