Clearing the air

Article Abstract:

The need for a change in the 1971 standards of permissible exposure limits (PEL) established by Occupational Safety and Health Administration of United States for nearly 500 air contaminants is emphasized. There also arises a need for the OSHA to review the standards of more than 400 chemicals, which have not been modified since then.
