Strong at heart

Article Abstract:

Weight training provides cardiovascular benefits to bodybuilders. Studies show that lifting weights increases the size of the heart as well as the blood supply to the working muscles. Furthermore, weight training reduces the metabolic demands of the heart.

Article Abstract:

The four major types of muscle pain are muscle deficiency, muscle spasm, muscle tension and trigger point. Proper diagnosis is necessary to appropriately treat muscle pain.
