Technical validation of cDNA based microarray as screening technique to identify candidate genes in synovial tissue biopsy specimens from patients with spondyloarthropathy

Article Abstract:

The main object of to put the cDNA based microarray on synovial biopsies into validation by analyzing RNA from osteoarthritis patients. The results obtained suggest that microarrays are good enough to be used for analysis of synovial tissue biopsies.
