Article Abstract:
Experiences of a magazine editor who was battling against chronic myelogenous leukemia and the shocking news of her older sister Melissa's diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma are described. For her wedding day she is determined to shelve her struggle with cancer in order to celebrate life and whenever she is overwhelmed she tries and remembers how lucky she is to have a family and be in remission.
