Weight training enthusiasts and even some professionals make repeated mistakes in weight training. These include lowering the bar too high during a bench press, excessively stretching during the dumbbell press and inclining a bench too steeply for incline exercises. These mistakes must be recognized and avoided so that expected benefits can be attained.
