Tuna species such as bluefins and albacores are good sources of omega-3s, eicosapentaenoic, docosahexaenoic and linolenic fatty acids, that are essential for normal eye and brain development. They are also good sources of the amino acids required for optimum muscle-building.

All vitamin E isn't created equal

Article Abstract:

Vitamin E is a fat antioxidant and is needed by the body for structural and functional maintenance of all skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle. Without vitamin E, the body may be prone to miscarriages, hormonal problems, muscle wasting and muscle fatigue.
