Violence: special hazard to nurses

Article Abstract:

Health care workers, particularly nurses, are at risk of being physically attacked in hospital settings. Emergency-room and psychiatric nurses are the most likely to be attacked, and some patients in emergency rooms carry lethal weapons. A number of measures to safeguard nurses are described.

Responsible pro-lifers must stop extremist violence

Article Abstract:

Pro-life supporters must speak out strongly against violent acts committed by some in their movement. They should not equate abortion supporters or providers with the violence such as bombings, arson or murder that their members commit.
