Article Abstract:

The UK government and the Royal College of Nursing are working in partnership to ensure nurses injured or disabled either at work or through ill health are afforded every available opportunity to return to work if they so wish. Up to 200 nursing staff face the possibility of redundancy each month because they can no longer work in their previous capacity due to an injury sustained at work.
