Several advices by experts for women on body mass level and fitness measures with reference to waist size, cardiovascular disease, body fat, and weight are presented. Experts suggest that having middle waist measure of 35 inches or more could cause higher risk of heart disease, type of 2 diabetes and breast cancer.
