Nurses are regarded as a key solution to meet new legal requirements to cut junior doctors' hours. The initiative is a sign of a changing approach to delivering care in the U.K. and is just one of a number of projects going around in England.

A new online training program for mandatory training and CPD has been provided for bank nurses working for NHS Professionals. This program will help provide new and long-standing staff easier access to training.
