Workin' for love

Article Abstract:

Bodybuilders can perform Kegel exercises to strengthen their love muscles and enhance their sexual pleasure. The exercise involves contracting the muscles in the pelvic floor as though to stop urine or bowel movement for about 10 seconds. These should be repeated 35 times throughout the day.

Spermidine - don't let the name fool you

Results from animal studies show that spermidine can have beneficial effects on the body. Spermidine has been found to improve nutrient uptake and protein-utilization efficiency and reduces the impact of trauma on the body's amino-acid levels.

Buckwheat boost

The benefits of buckwheat which is derived from an Asian plant are described. The seeds of the plant are full of protein like soy and may be more beneficial than casein for building muscle.
