Paul Edward Haggis, a long time a successful television writer, producer and director best known for the crime drama 'Walker-Texas Ranger' decided in 2000 to try his hand at writing and directing serious dramatic films. He was successful with his very first feature film, 'Million Dollar Baby' that received nearly every award at the 77th Annual Academy Awards.

Leon, Kenny

Kenny Leon, a theatre director devoted his professional life to introduce people to experience live theatre and revived African and American plays for the stage. He was one of the directors to win a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and was also hired for the position of associate artistic director of the Alliance Theatre Company.
