Article Abstract:
Pieces of 3/4-inch-thick redwood are used to create an airplane-like mailbox. Cut cardboard patterns, in which the 1-inch-square drawing of a plane was made, are then placed on the wood. Using band saw, the wood is cut into various pieces which correspond to different parts of the plane.
