Better hatch ventilation
Article Abstract:
Boat bow hatches present problems of keeping out rain when wind blows from the direction they open toward. Rain can be prevented from blowing into the hatch by placing a dinghy over the forward hatch, fitting plexiglass pieces into the hatch or using a custom-made fabric wind swoop.
