Photographer Mark Sadan used Welsh model Clare Gwilliam to create his 'Blue Series.' He was unaware that the word Welsh means 'people covered in blue.' He copied the color negatives to slide film and than used blue filtration for his prints.

How to shoot under fluorescent lights

Taking photographs under fluorescent lights can cause prints to have a bluish-green hue. To avoid this, the photographer can use a color compensating filter or a flash. High-speed film can also help. Several filters are discussed.
