Celebrate National Stamp Collecting Month
Article Abstract:
The first National Stamp Collecting month was sponsored in 1981 by the Council of Philatelic Organizations and the US Post Office. Collectors are encouraged to introduce the hobby to friends, and to use the library for information. The post office may not continue to promote the hobby since restructuring is planned.
