Fossil collecting in jeopardy
Article Abstract:
A bill was passed in Congress which will require a permit from fossil collectors and amateurs for the exploration and collection of paleontological resources as well as for their scientific, educational and public display uses. The bill was expected to exclude many amateurs and has raised a lot of protest.
