Hambergite is a rare pegmatite mineral whose specific appearance in certain sites continues to baffle jewel miners. Nothing much is remarkable about its characteristics from its composition to its color except for its high index of refraction and strong birefringence while being a low density mineral.

Lazurite
Article Abstract:
Lazurite occurs in crystalline form in rocks known as lapis. Lazurite is commonly known as lapis lazuli and was widely traded among the early Middle Eastern civilizations. The major source for lazurite of good quality is Afghanistan.

Hodgkinsonite and howlite
Article Abstract:
Hodgkinsonite is a small and rare monoclinic crystal that comes in pink to purplish pink colors. Howlite is also a very small monoclinic porcelain-like crystal that comes in white with black sutures.
