Article Abstract:

An electric model of Heinkel He 162 Salamander is easy to construct. Powered by a Kress Jets' Electro Jet 3.33-inch electric ducted fan, its wing uses a flat-bottom airfoil while its tail is made of basic stick-and-sheet construction. Its fuselage requires strip-balsa planking.

The Rudderbug-E is a modern version of the Good brothers' famous 1949 design. It is a vintage electric RC sport model that uses traditional balsa and plywood construction techniques and which has a side door that provides access to the radio gear and drive battery.

Article Abstract:

Advice on building the Windex 1200C glider is presented. Constructing the fuselage is an enjoyable challenge. It is advisable to use a BEC speed control with a prop-brake feature, with the battery being mounted in the nose to give good balance.
