How to: Trim your engine cowl
Article Abstract:
A technique is presented for making cutouts in a fiberglass for engine cowl, which is especially useful when the cowl can be slid onto the fuselage and does not have a predetermined position. By this template method to position engine-access holes in cowls no hesitation while cutting is left, the technique also works on complex installations.
