An update on 1995 EFO material
Article Abstract:
A number of EFO for the 1995 stamp issues have turned up. Some of the errors involve mistakes in perforation. A 20-stamp pane of the 32-cents Marilyn Monroe commemorative stamp has been found with perf errors. From the Richard M. Nixon issue came an inverted stamp and one with no color.
