Israel first day ceremony held at SINGAPORE '95
Article Abstract:
On Sep 4, 1995, first day of issue ceremonies for the commemorative stamps highlighting the Jewish New Year were held. Since Singapore is ahead of Israel in time, stamp collectors there were able to get the new stamps early. The ceremony and the stamps are described.
