Porcelain beads
Article Abstract:
Porcelain slips used for making beads are dried first before being rolled into sheets. The pieces are sliced vertically in half and trimmed to produce a rectangular bar. After drying the cut portions, rough edges are sanded and glaze is applied to the finished product.
