Liberty EFO surfaces after 40 years, (error, flaws, oddities; not a major error but a flawed set of postal stamps issued in 1954)(THe Error Scene)(Column)

Article Abstract:

The eight-cent Liberty stamp has Miss Liberty moved out of position so that in a pane of 100 stamps it often seems as though the center design for some of the stamps is missing. Four panes of 100 stamps each are flawed although only one pane so far has surfaced after 40 years.
