R/C model airplanes are becoming popular all over the world. Reynaldo Cortez of the Philippines loves R/C planes but notes that all supplies have to be imported. Isaaco Vallerugo of Udine, Italy also likes R/C and ultralights. Olin Cook of Chateaugay, NY, also enjoys flying OT R/C model planes.

Richard L. Branstner: R/C pioneer extraordinaire
Article Abstract:
Dick Branstner, through his firm Bramco, pioneered reed-system radio control for models. He also developed the first remote-control system for televisions and was involved in innovative robot control systems.
