Souvenir sheet collection displayed at Spellman Museum
Article Abstract:
The Charles Syvret collection of souvenir sheets, which he started amassing in the 1930s, is a permanent part of the Spellman Museum collection. The stamp collection is described along with the way it is being housed and protected. Several rare sheets in the Syvret collection are also described.

Dean Acheson honored on U.S. stamp
Article Abstract:
The US Postal Service issued a commemorative stamp to mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of former US Secretary of State Dean Acheson on Apr 21, 1993. Chris Calle, who designed the 1992 commemoratives honoring Earl Warren and Wendell Willkie, created the Acheson stamp.
