USPS unveils design for 20 Olympic stamps
Article Abstract:
The US is issuing a 20-stamp Classics Collections to recognize the Olympic Games to be held in Atlanta, GA in July 1996. An envelope design to honor the Paralympic Games for physically or mentally impaired star athletes will also be issued. A history of the paralympic games is recounted.

Dealer's letter to USPS concerning licensing fee
Article Abstract:
Cachet makers cannot make a profit from the Marilyn Monroe stamp issue. The Roger Richmond Agency is asking dealers to pay $2,500 plus a percentage for the rights to produce a cachet. A cover would cost $1,500 plus a percentage. Celebrities' images on stamps should be public domain.

USPS features antique automobiles
Article Abstract:
On Nov 3, 1995, The US postal Service issued five more stamps depicting vintage cars. The cars are, 1893 Duryea, 1894 Haynes, 1898 Columbia, 1899 Winton, and the 1901 White. A brief discussion on each of the cars is presented.
