Wiley Post remembered as aviation pioneer
Article Abstract:
Post's life was colorful and included jobs as oil rig driller and barnstorming parachutist. He flew mail and passengers and was a champion air racer. In 1933 he made the first solo round the world flight, having been in th air continually for 23 hours. This great aviator was even a stratosphere flyer.

The second Daniel Wesbster stamp
Article Abstract:
The efforts to have the first commemorative issued to honor Daniel Webster are described as well as the making of hand-stamped first day cachets for the Sept 22, 1932 issue. The second commemorative coincided with the 200th anniversary of Dartmouth College in NH September 22, 1969.
