Wind songs
Article Abstract:
Whittaker Freegard's miniature stone-carvings are surprising because they can be used to sound out tunes. His hand-sized carvings of lizards, turtles and monkeys are actually flutes and ocarinas. His work is based on 15 years of study of the design and construction of ancient musical wind instruments.
