A Victorian feast
Article Abstract:
The traditions and culture of the different famous houses of Victorian age during Christmas feast, including Maymont house and Ballentine house are discussed. The Victorians were far off from calories, carbes and cholesterol in general but when it came to the Christmas dinner they were used to have it in extravagant manner pulling out all the stops.

American Rococo early and later
Article Abstract:
It is likely that the emergence of American Rococo was fuelled by the arrival in the mid-18th century of artisan emigres familiar with rococo carving techniques. Rococo styling was found on furniture, glass, porcelain, metalwork and ephemera.
