The Coppell Community Garden in Coppell, Texas, grows an array of vegetables, herbs and flowers powered by 65 volunteers who work tirelessly for the good of the people. Use of organic techniques is the reason behind the success of this venture, which has also helped breaking barriers in the community.

Some of the blooming herbs like Basil, Garlic Chives, Rosemary, Dill that can be used for decoration are discussed. These herbs are simple to grow and are great in kitchen, and can be used as cut flowers also.
