The Jewish festival of Passover is celebrated with meals cooked in teh traditional manner along with ceremonial matzo bread. Kosher products are required for Jewish preparations, but some non-kosher ingredients can be also be used for making recipes such as Passover brisket, tzimmes and sponge cake.
