The US Navy Memorial on Pennsylvania Avenue offers visitors a chance to experience Navy life through film showings. The memorial also houses a Log Room where a computer lists information on past and present Navy personnel. Visitors can take advantage of the shops around the memorial on Market Square.

Something new, something blue
Article Abstract:
The Chinese corydalis, or Blue Panda, was discovered in the Panda Reserve of China's Sichuan Province in 1986 and transported back to the US where it has thrived in its new environment. The Blue Panda has gained greatly in popularity since its introduction thanks mainly to its exotic blue coloring.
