Laeding the Nepali Congress Party, Singh, who died on Sep 18, 1997, won a new constitution in 1991 that created a constitutional monarchy. Singh refused to take the position of Prime Minister because at 75 he felt too old, but he was referred to as 'supreme leader' for the rest of his life.

The racing results of new Formula 1 teams have varied over the years, with many new teams quitting after a few seasons. The team of Jackie Stewart and his son Paul has done better than most. An overview of the performances of new teams from 1976 through 1997 is presented.

Butter pats on parade
Article Abstract:
It is possible to make a collection of butter pats, small individual butter plates, for relatively little financial outlay. Butter pats, which were particularly fashionable in the period 1880 to 1910, were made in many different designs by the leading porcelain firms.
