Capital nights
Article Abstract:
Many people associate the capital, Washington DC only with power lunches and power meetings but very few realize that the place has some great attractions for the entire family even though the city may not have a all-night, as night life is enough for a good vacation. Some of the better places one can visit are suggested, and some great attractions for the kids are also featured.

Post-hurricane opportunities

Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) is looking forward to provide help by offering practical advice and applying research findings to those who were tackling repairs after a hurricane. Attempts are made to build homes more energy efficient and comfortable, which is particularly advantageous in the event of power outages, and more resilient when facing future storms.

The Marjorie Merriweather Post Foundation has spent $9 million to restore Hillwood, the Washington, DC, estate where Post lived. The surrounding gardens were also restored, using the memories of family members, guests and staff members.
