Collector's corner: "Shoeless" Joe Jackson
Article Abstract:
Joe Jackson maintained his innocence in the 1919 Black Sox Scandal in which he allegedly helped to throw the World Series against Cincinnati Reds. An autographed Jackson bat came up for sale in the Louisville Slugger Museum auction held by Hunt Auctions in Louisville, Kentucky, which happens to be Jonny Mostil L. Slugger 125 model.

Collector's corner: Miniature tipis
Article Abstract:
The cone-shaped tipis, made of buffalo skin, were ideal homes for the nomadic tribes of the Great Plains Indians. Three model tipis were featured in an Important American Indian Art Auction at Christie's in New York in January 2006.
