Roanoke is the largest city on the Blue Ridge Parkway running the scenic 469-mile drive from Virginia to North Carolina. Farmers Market in the middle of the town is a colorful array of centuries-old traditional farmers' stores which sell local produce alongside modern dining and shopping centers.
