Eva Eisler
Article Abstract:
Eva Eisler, a Czech designer presented works at the Czech Center in New York City that included jewelry from her stainless steel Constant Spring, Tension and Mobius series gracefully shaped rectilinear stainless steel trays and serving pieces representing the 2002 'mono cimentric'. The series was produced for the German firm mono, smudgy, meditative drawings and exuberant free-form sculpture of stainless steel ribbon and wire, a new direction in Eisler's oeuvre.

Ken Cory: small monuments to a big imagination
Article Abstract:
The late pop artist Ken Cory was influenced by elements of the 1960s such as beatnik poetry, drugs, sex, and unconventionality. His Funk jewelry pieces, such as the 1976 "Fuck You Lady Said the Parrot", were intended to show art's humor and accessibility.

Falkenhagen likes to work with both traditional materials as well as experiment with found objects, such as laminated plastic, shells and pieces of glass and slate. Examples of her work, which have environmental themes, are illustrated.
