Article Abstract:
The show organized at Gallery Materia, Scottsdale, AZ, between March 2 -30 2004, demonstrates Steven Ford's and David Forlano's capacity to evolve their jewelry. Both have an academic background in painting (B.F.A., Tyler School of Art), and collaborated since 1988 in exploring the aesthetic potential of polymer clay for making doll heads and popularizing as a craft material.

Luo Xiaping
Article Abstract:
The ceramics conjure the Utopian fantasy of every major world leader standing in apparent accord were the subject of the Chinese ceramist Luo Xiaping 'Time Square Series'. Xiaoping's figures immediately evoke associations with the famous warriors guarding the tomb of China's first imperial emperor, Chin Shih Huang Di.
